HB 2334 -- Income Tax Deduction for Home School Supplies

Beginning January 1, 2010, this bill authorizes a state income
tax deduction of up to $500 to a taxpayer for the amount he or
she paid for school supplies and books used to home school a
child.

The provisions of the bill will expire December 31 six years from
the effective date.
