HB 2335 -- School District Calendars

This bill requires any school district designated as unaccredited
or provisionally accredited by the State Board of Education to
ensure that its calendar for the next school year after receiving
the designation has no more than six consecutive weeks without
class attendance, no more than three consecutive weeks off
between grading periods, and no more than five consecutive days
off in any one grading period.  These requirements will not apply
in the school year after the district receives a designation of
accreditation with no provisions.
