HB 2337 -- Department of Revenue Fee Offices

Currently, the Director of the Department of Revenue gives
preference to tax exempt organizations and political subdivisions
when awarding fee office contracts in the competitive bidding
process.  This bill gives the preference to a tax exempt
organization whose primary administrative office is located in
the same county, legislative district, or senatorial district as
the fee office and to political subdivisions.
