HB 2339 -- Employee Campaign Contributions

This bill requires any political subdivision of the state to
allow payroll deductions for a contribution to a continuing
committee as defined in Section 130.011, RSMo, if 10 or more
employees request it and the political subdivision has a payroll
deduction system to be consistent with the current requirement
for private employers.
