HB 2348 -- Licensure of Home Health Agencies

Currently, the Department of Health and Senior Services is
allowed, for the purpose of licensing a home health agency, to
accept written reports of surveys conducted by a state or federal
agency or a professional accrediting agency in lieu of a survey
as required by Sections 197.400 - 197.475, RSMo, if certain
specified conditions are met.  This bill requires acceptance of
these reports by the department.
