HB 2352 -- Retail Electric Suppliers

This bill requires any retail electric supplier regulated by the
Missouri Public Service Commission to recover costs and earn its
currently authorized return on equity on investments and
installations of advanced technologies that include voltage
regulation technologies which reduce energy consumption, improve
grid efficiency, raise or lower voltage dramatically, and are
deemed prudent investments by the commission at the time the
investments were made.
