HB 2360 -- Payment of Property Taxes

This bill requires counties to allow installment payments when
the property taxes on a homestead increase by more than 15% in
any year due to reassessment.  A homeowner may submit a request
to the governing body of the county to pay the increase in
installments and must make all payments, as determined by the
governing body, within two years to avoid interest and penalties.
