HB 2361 -- Increases in the Assessed Valuation of Motor Vehicles

This bill limits the increase in the assessed valuation of a
motor vehicle to the same percentage as the percentage of the
increase in the federal Consumer Price Index over the previous
year.  The provision will not apply to a vehicle sold or
purchased during the assessment year.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
