HB 2394 -- Income Tax Deduction for Certain Home Purchases

Beginning January 1, 2011, this bill authorizes an income tax
deduction equal to the amount of the down payment a taxpayer
makes on his or her first-time purchase of a primary residence.

The provisions of the bill will expire December 31 six years from
the effective date.
