HB 2398 -- Firearms

This bill requires the sheriff or the chief of police of the
county or city of residence of a person purchasing a firearm to
process within 15 business days of a request all documents
required to be submitted by the purchaser under the National
Firearms Act unless the purchaser is prohibited from possessing
firearms under Chapter 571, RSMo.
