HB 2401 -- Motor Vehicle Extended Service Contracts

This bill changes the laws regarding who may sell, offer for
sale, or solicit the sale of a motor vehicle extended service
contract by removing an administrator, provider, manufacturer, or
person working with an administrator, provider, or manufacturer
who markets or sells these contracts.
