HB 2431 -- Relocation of a Child

Currently, notice must be given to all parties with custodial or
visitation rights anytime a child is removed from his or her
principal residence for a period of 90 days or more.  This bill
changes the requirement so that notice must be given if the child
is relocated 50 miles or more from the principal residence for a
period of 90 days or more.
