HB 2432 -- Central Dispatching for Emergency Services

Currently, certain counties of the first classification are
authorized to use revenues from an emergency telephone tax for
central dispatching of fire protection, ambulance, and other
emergency services, including the purchase and maintenance of
communications and emergency equipment.  This bill authorizes all
counties of the first classification to use the emergency
telephone tax revenues for these purposes.
