HB 2434 -- Local Law Enforcement Agencies

Sponsor:  Carter

This bill specifies that beginning August 28, 2010, all local law
enforcement agencies in the state will be subject to the
regulatory authority of the Department of Public Safety and
requires the department to establish any rules or regulations
necessary to effectively regulate the agencies.
