HB 2435 -- Vehicle Accidents Involving Damage to State Property

This bill requires the State Highway Patrol to gather vital
information when an accident occurs on a state road which causes
damage to property that the Department of Transportation is
responsible for repairing.  The patrol must provide this
information, including who caused the damage, to the department
in order to pursue reimbursement.
