HB 2439 -- Missouri Higher Education Savings Program

This bill allows the board of the Missouri Higher Education
Savings Program to invest in any investment vehicle as long as it
meets the requirements of the program and the investment
fiduciary provisions of Section 105.688, RSMo. Investments
cannot be limited to a specified grouping or list of investment
vehicles.
