HB 2443 -- Motor Vehicle Registration

This bill requires an individual when registering a motor vehicle
or trailer to also present, if applicable, a paid receipt or a
certified statement from the appropriate city collector that he
or she has paid the tangible personal property taxes to the city
in the preceding year.
