HB 2459 -- Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations

This bill authorizes the Department of Natural Resources to
establish rules that prohibit the construction or location of any
concentrated animal feeding operation facility within five miles
of any state park, state historic site, or property listed on the
National Register of Historic Landmarks.
