HB 2466 -- Research Park Annexation
Sponsor: Dieckhaus
This bill allows a municipality to annex a parcel of land within
a research, development, or office park project located in an
unincorporated area of the county if the parcel is compact and
contiguous to the existing boundaries of the municipality and the
municipality obtains the written consent of all the property
owners within the unincorporated area of the parcel.
