HB 2467 -- Annexation

This bill prohibits both voluntary and involuntary annexation of
a parcel of property if, during the previous five years, the
municipality annexed other property and any person or entity
owned both the previously annexed property and the area proposed
to be annexed, and the contiguous boundary common to the area
proposed to be annexed and the existing municipal limit was part
of the perimeter of the previously annexed property.
