HB 2476 -- Compensation of General Assembly Members

Beginning January 5, 2011, this bill reduces the annual salary of
each senator and representative by $5,000.  The reduction will be
based on the number of compensation periods remaining for the
portion of the fiscal year beginning January 5, 2011, and ending
June 30, 2011.  For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011, no
salary adjustment will be made under Section 105.005, RSMo; and
for all fiscal years beginning on or after July 1, 2012, a salary
adjustment can be made but no annual adjustment can increase the
salary to an amount equal to the salary received on January 4,
2011.
