HJR 49 -- Missouri Taxpayer Protection Initiative

Upon voter approval, this proposed constitutional amendment
establishes the Missouri Taxpayer Protection Initiative which
prohibits funds received or controlled by the state from being
expended on human cloning, prohibited human research, abortion
services, or abortions not medically necessary to save a woman's
life.
