HJR 54 -- St. Louis Board of Freeholders
Sponsor: Chappelle-Nadal
Upon voter approval, this proposed constitutional amendment
requires the St. Louis Board of Freeholders to hold monthly
meetings from January 2011 through December 2014. The amendment
also authorizes, upon voter approval, the people of the City of
St. Louis and St. Louis County to modify the Missouri
Constitution regarding the board.
