HJR 60 -- Personal Property Tax Exemption for Certain Veterans

Upon voter approval, this proposed constitutional amendment
authorizes an exemption from personal property tax for one motor
vehicle licensed in Missouri that is owned by or leased to a
veteran who has been awarded the Purple Heart medal or his or her
surviving, unwed spouse.
