HJR 92 -- Initiative Petitions

Upon voter approval, this proposed constitutional amendment
changes the minimum legal voter signature requirement for placing
a constitutional amendment on the ballot through the initiative
petition process from 8% of the legal voters in two-thirds of the
Congressional districts in Missouri to 8% of the legal voters in
each Congressional district.
