HJR 95 -- Repeal of Expired Statutes

Upon voter approval, this proposed constitutional amendment
requires the Revisor of Statutes to remove any section of law
with a specific expiration or termination date applying to an
entire section from the Revised Statutes of Missouri in the
calendar year following the year of its expiration or
termination.
