HB 1258 -- MEMORIAL HIGHWAY (Todd)

COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN:  Committee on Transportation

This bill designates a portion of State Highway 53 in Butler
County from the city limits of Qulin to one mile south of the
city limits as the "Johnny Lee Hays Memorial Highway."

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds in FY 2011, FY 2012, and
FY 2013.
