HB 1559 -- CONSOLIDATED PUBLIC LIBRARY DISTRICT REPORTS (Brown, 30) COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN: Committee on Local Government Currently, the librarian of a consolidated public library district is required to submit an annual status report to the district board by August 31, and the board is required to submit this report and an independent audit to the county commission and the State Library Commission by September 30 of each year. This bill changes the due dates to September 30 and October 31, respectively. FISCAL NOTE: No impact on state funds in FY 2011, FY 2012, and FY 2013.Copyright (c) Missouri House of Representatives
