HB 1657 -- TRAILER DEALER LIABILITY INSURANCE (Dethrow)

COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN:  Committee on Insurance Policy

Currently, a trailer dealer is required to provide a copy of a
current dealer garage liability insurance policy when submitting
his or her licensure application.  This bill removes that
requirement.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds in FY 2011, FY 2012, and
FY 2013.
