HB 1741 -- BOARD MEETINGS OF CORPORATIONS (Pratt) COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN: Special Committee on General Laws Currently, any action that must be taken at a meeting of a board of directors or the executive committee of a corporation can be done without a meeting if all the members of the board consent in writing to the action.
