HCS HB 1903 -- FEDERAL BUDGET STABILIZATION EXTENSION FUND (Icet)

COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN:  Committee on Budget

This substitute creates the Federal Budget Stabilization
Extension Fund to receive moneys from any federal job creation
legislation enacted by the 111th United States Congress.

The substitute contains an emergency clause.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds in FY 2011, FY 2012, and
FY 2013.
