HB 2182 -- AGRITOURISM (Munzlinger)

COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN:  Committee on Agri-Business

This bill specifies that, as used in Missouri statutes,
"agritourism" means the act of visiting a working farm or any
agricultural operation for the purpose of enjoyment, education,
training, or active involvement in the activities of the
agricultural operation.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds in FY 2011, FY 2012, and
FY 2013.
