HCS HB 2147 & 2261 -- A+ SCHOOLS PROGRAM

Currently, a student who is an active-duty military dependent is
exempt from the requirement that he or she must have attended a
state high school for at least three years prior to graduation in
order to be eligible for a grant under the A+ Schools Program.
This bill also exempts from the three-year attendance requirement
a student who is a dependent of a retired military member who
relocates to Missouri within one year of the date of his or her
parent's retirement from active duty.
