HCS HB 2161 -- DRIVER'S LICENSE APPLICATION INFORMATION
Currently, the sale of driver's license application information
to other organizations or states for commercial purposes is
prohibited except for certain specified exceptions. This bill
specifies that "commercial purposes" will not include driver's
license application information used, compiled, or obtained
solely for purposes expressly allowed under the Missouri or
federal Drivers Privacy Protection Act.
