AN ACT

To amend chapter 307, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to bicycle operation.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 307, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 307.184, to read as follows:

            307.184. Every person riding a bicycle upon a state road or highway shall wear a reflective vest.
