HB 1713 -- Funds for Video Instructional Development and
Educational Opportunity

Co-Sponsors:  Lakin, Fitzwater

Currently, the Video Instructional Development and Educational
Opportunity Fund is funded by an annual transfer of state sales
tax revenues collected on rentals of films and records.  This
bill mandates that the minimum transfer of funds will be $3
million.
