Charge:
The Committee is charged with exploring alternative sources of energy, including,
but not limited to, ethanol, soy, wind and nuclear power. The Committee
shall also investigate energy conservation and environmental awareness of energy.
The Committee is further charged with evaluating rural air quality standards,
especially as they relate to new forms of energy.
