Summary of the Introduced Bill 

HB 1201 -- Residential Construction Regulatory System

Sponsor:  Johnson (90)

This bill repeals the law that prohibits fire protection
districts from adopting or implementing a residential
construction regulatory system if a municipality in Jefferson
County adopts or implements a system within the municipality's
jurisdiction.
