known as section 115.352, to read as follows:
115.352. 1. No person shall qualify as a candidate for elective public office in this

for such failure under chapter 130, RSMo, before filing for elective public office.

person desiring to file for elective public office has filed all required disclosure reports if
such person has been a candidate in a previous election.

verification that such person failed to file such disclosure reports.
4. This section shall become effective January 1, 2008.
