HB 1434 -- Employment of Illegal Aliens

Beginning August 28, 2008, this bill requires individuals or
business entities that have been convicted of knowingly accepting
any state-administered or subsidized tax credit, tax abatement,
or loan while employing illegal aliens, a class A misdemeanor, to
repay the state the monetary amount of the credit, abatement, or
loan, in addition to any other penalty under law.
