HB 1103 -- MO HealthNet Program Provider Reimbursement Sponsor: Hoskins (121) Subject to appropriations, this bill requires the Department of Social Services to establish a rate of reimbursement for certain MO HealthNet providers which is equal to the reimbursement rate for the same or similar services rendered based on the date the service was provided, the date the provider entered into an agreement or contract to provide the services, or the location in which the services are to be provided. The provisions of the bill will not apply when the department negotiates a rate for reimbursement of services to patients under the MO HealthNet managed care system.
