Summary of the Introduced Bill 

HB 90 -- Fire Sprinkler Systems in Residential Construction

Sponsor:  Scharnhorst

This bill prohibits a political subdivision from adopting an
ordinance, rule, or code that would require mandatory
installation of a sprinkler system in new residential
construction.
