HJR 5 -- Right to Hunt and Fish Sponsor: Pollock Upon voter approval, this proposed constitutional amendment guarantees a citizen's personal right to hunt and fish using traditional methods to take nonthreatened species subject to reasonable regulations and restrictions as provided by law. The right to hunt and fish does not nullify any private or public property rights or limit the state's power to regulate commercial activity.
