HB 1472 -- Public School Retirement System of St. Louis Sponsor: Carter Currently, a teacher within the Public School Retirement System of St. Louis is allowed to retire when his or her age added to the number of years of credited service is not less than 85, commonly known as the Rule of 85. This bill changes that number to 80, commonly known as the Rule of 80.
