HB 1734 -- Motor Vehicle Dealer Administration Fees Sponsor: Kelley (126) This bill requires a motor vehicle dealer to give the purchaser of a motor vehicle, boat, or powersport the option of completing specified paperwork on his or her own or having the dealer do it. If the purchaser chooses to do so, the dealer cannot charge any administrative fee.
