Summary of the Truly Agreed Version of the Bill

HCS#2 HB 1462 -- MISSOURI QUALIFIED BIODIESEL PRODUCER INCENTIVE

FUND

Currently, a producer is eligible to receive payment from the

Missouri Qualified Biodiesel Producer Incentive Fund for 60

months unless it fails to receive the full amount due to a lack

of appropriations, in which case it is eligible for up to 24

additional months. This bill removes the 24-month limitation and

allows a producer’s eligibility to continue until he or she has

received the maximum amount of funding for which he or she was

eligible during the original 60-month time period.
