HB 277 -- Driving Records

This bill makes a terminal printout of an individual driving
record from the Missouri uniform law enforcement system date
base, certified by an officer of the local law enforcement
agency, admissible in evidence in all courts of this state.  A
local law enforcement agency will,  upon written request,
provide an operator with a copy relating to the license of the
operator.  A fee not to exceed $5 may be charged for such a
request.
