HB 1067 -- Use of Headlamps

Sponsor:  Hagan-Harrell

This bill requires that headlamps be used any and all times a
vehicle is being operated, except when there is sufficient
sunlight where visibility of objects at a distance of 500 feet
is clear and unobstructed.
