This bill allows certain telephone corporations to determine by
articles of incorporation or bylaws to elect directors by
districts to further the principle of geographic representation.

PROPONENTS:  Supporters say that this bill will allow greater
geographic representation of certain telephone corporation board
of directors by area within districts.
