HB 891 -- Traffic Regulations

This bill makes it clear that a county commission of any second,
third or fourth class county may set a speed limit or weight
limit or both on bridges in any county, township, or road
district road in a county.   The bill also states that speed
limits set be on highways suitable for such speed.
